I assume OTA = Over The Air. I used the USB cable with Odin and AT&T image in this thread. Does this automatically disables my ability to flash? I'm confused....
I think Odin takes you back to stock then you have you use AdamOutler Loki BUT you have to read before you brick your phone.
Okay if you go into settings under about phone what is the baseband? What you are seeing in your recovery is the "stock recovery" you cannot flash custom ROM using that. You need either CWM or TWRP and I believe you can only use that if your baseband is either MDB or MDL.
Check out the thread on your baseband. You may Not be able to do anything to it.

I guess what puzzles me is how come I was able to use custom ROM before, but once I flashed with Odin I no longer can do it. I tries both with CWM and TWRP - same result.

Baseband - i337UCUAMDB

Are you rooted? Probably not if you just flashed with odin
Yes, I have root permissions. Used motocipher and can run root apps. Do I need to use Loki before I attempt to do anything? I'm trying to install the Infamious ROM - the first time I installed it (before I bricked my phone) I didn't need to install anything - just used custom recovery

You need to Loki unless your custom recovery auto Lokis

I'm just surprised that I didn't do it the first time I installed the custom ROM, but I'll give it a try. Could you please point me to the right thread that talks about Loki install?

Many thanks!

I'm "he" btw :) doubt too many "she(s)" are on this board :))

I don't have ready access to a Windows machine. Would this firmware package work through Heimdahl on a Mac? I have been using Odin without trouble through Windows on Virtual PC, but lost out on that option when I updated to Mavericks.

Yes. Just restored to mdb from mdl following the op a couple of days ago. Don't think they started blowing q-fuses (i.e. preventing users from downgrading firmware) until the mf3 update.

A couple of things to remember....
You'll have to go into download mode and factory reset after odin does it's thing. Also don't forget to block updates once you're back to stock. You may want to turn on airplane mode until you get everything else set up.

Why would you want to do that? Just get the mdl firmware
Maybe preparing for warranty return?

A friend of mine is having issues on that firmware for some reason and wanted to try this one lol. I'm on the mdb myself. Just wanted to check before he went and tried it

How to return Galaxy S4 SGH-I337 (firmware I337UCUEMK2) to Stock

Been reading around and found this thread. I'm not sure this will help me get back to stock on Galaxy S4 SGH-I337 (firmware I337UCUEMK2). I also found the Samsung-Updates.com website with stock roms, but it doesn't have a rom for my AT&T USA model SGH-I337. Can someone please help me?

If you help me get back to stock I promise to give you likes. I'm on a tight schedule and need to get this phone back to stock for a return. I'm going to switch to a CDMA carrier.

Please help.

On MK2 baseband the only way to get back to full stock is to visit Samsung experience at Best Buy and beg to have them reset it. Due to you're boot loader being locked there is nothing you can do.

if youre rooted i think you can go into supersu and and towards the bottom there should be something called "full unroot" im not entirely sure that itll work but it would be my best guess.

What is Samsung Experience? Do you mean the cell kiosk representatives at best buy that sell all carrier cell phones?

Also, what will happen if I do the full unroot in supersu?

I have I337UCUAMDL. I'm on 4.2.2 goldeneye firmware. I want to stock flash it to MDL again as I don't want my boot loader to get locked. Is it possible to flash MDL again? if yes can some one pls point me to right firmware file?
