Can you provide more details about it? What did you do on flashtool? What error did you get? Does the cellphone gives u any led? Were you unlocked with bootloader? All the ifno you can provide will hrlp us understand and see if there is a solution

What do you mean with HH? and btw, xa1 ultra does not have 7.1.1 firmware, so far is just 7.0. Look into xperifirm for the latest firmware.

I am afraid that is hard bricked. If you press vol down + power, you don't get anything as well, right?
vol down + power no reaction and when pressed for 10 seconds led purple for a while and still can not connect pc companion
I will try to look for a solution, it might be recoverable. Remember it is still a mediatek phone and it has tons of tools for that processor, try to look for sp flash tool and see if you get something from that. If in my research I find something else I will tell you.
Hmmmm. You tried to flash custom rom. Do you have unlocked bootloader? It seems that you flashed it on locked bootloader and got hard bricked. Try to flash not a custom rom.
I have unlock bootloader and I've managed to replace recovery and install SuperSU
maybe also can .... but i have existing firmware from xperifirm
now how to flash it????
