Question Failed to Lock bootloader

Hello

So I followed instructions for relock the bootloader but I think I made a mistake now I'm in a big big mess :/

I got a message "Your device is corrupt can't boot", thing is I wasn't rooted anymore I flash some file before relock the bootloader.
The thing is I don't have access to the Fastboot anymore no commands working so no EDL.
The only thing I have access is the Start/Restart Bootloader/Restart recovery

So I wanted to know is there a solution of do I need to contact asus and pay for repair.
