Failed to unlock bootloader of lava t81. Help needed

I tried unlocking the bootloader of lava t81 with adb and fastboot but I got no luck.

It just fails with error - FAILED (remote: 'unlock bootloader fail.').

OEM unlocking and usb debugging are enabled

What I have tried already :-
-Updating drivers
-Reinstalling the adb and fastboot drivers

Please help me out !

To unlock use
fastboot flashing unlock

To lock it use
fastboot flashing lock
