It's looks like md5 checksum /HASH of downloaded files doesn't match meaning your downloaded firmware is corrupted somewhere, hence the failure.
Try on another system.

Use samfirm or frija or samfrew or internet download manager to download the firmware correctly and once done ensure file integrity by manually checking md5 checksum ( various windows apps available to check md5 checksum available)
