If I already have a CM11 (20140106) and I want to install a new one, I know I do not have to wipe but... Would I need to reinstall all the apps once it's updated? I mean, apps will be deleted if no wipe is made and just updated from an older version of the same ROM?

if you're just updating the rom then: flash rom (update) then wipe dalvik cache & cache, that's it you won't lose anything. No need gapps, they're only need the first time you flashed the rom.

its symptoms are heating of phone
and have to reboot the device with wifi off and after that
we have to change governor to pegasusq
and I/O scheduler to sio/deadline to overcome it

I have not installed any roms for a while due to exams/new tablet. Today I decided to install cm11 from maclaw and noticed the quality of youtube videos are bad compared to stock rom. Any workaround?

Well I'm new to the S3 Mini and have a question related to the CM10.2 ROM for it, tried to post this in the thread for the ROM but I can't because my post count is less than 10!. I would have thought that would have been a better place for this question but the powers that be think otherwise.

Anyway, I've just updated to the 20140108 release of the CM10.2 ROM and have noticed it has installed a new app called Panda, can someone explain what this is for, when I run I just get one option to either check or uncheck?

Yes, panda app disable one core & set the governor to ondemand, to save battery.

In order to succesfully use the panda app, does it matter the cpu governor and the I/O scheduler I'm using at the time I activate the app? Thanks in advance buddy!

No, you can use the combo that you want at the moment that you enable panda.

Download maclaw's twrp & simply flash it, that's it.

I have installed today's update and my phone all of a sudden feels a little laggy for some reason. Didn't do a full wipe.

Can someone either post a message in the development thread (as I can't because newcomers can't post in development threads ) to this effect or suggest why this would be?

Maclaw's CM11 Bugs to report

Hey friends I have found 3 bugs un this ROM, I kwon that the maclaw's page has its own bugtraker but I down't know how to use it, well the bugs are: WiFi direct is not working for me. I can't find devices neither be foud... Another bus is un the "pou" app.. Ass well in the xbox 360 smart glass app.. Whe I play this apps there is like an strage sound produced trough the speaker and both trough the headphones.. It's like a scrachy sound por like echo.. I dont know but it sounds wird jaja Thaks..
