If you flash soft key enabler module, the option will be available.

/data/system/users/0/settings_fingerprint.xml - delete whole file and restart

TWRP (full wipe is always encouraged), but we must wait for next build

In XDA there's a rule - don't ask for ETAs - its considered impolite. There's alot of stuff to fix so we must wait patiently.

@radogost pls remove this one from the Known Bug List - Live display is not working, it's the feature which Lineage Team yet to add, so it's not a Bug of @abhishek987's build !!!

rom was preety awesome preety stable
mine work great without any camera issue
only one bug i notice is led not working................and cant add more than 3 finger prints
i just install google camera without root in it....
and also mi A1 official camera apk work great both of them..........

Try to delete all fingerprint and disable password/pattern, reboot and enable fingerprint.

Someone can comment on how the data network is going, it will have better signal strength than android oreo stock, with stock oreo I have the problem that it costs a lot to change only 3G to 4G although there is good 4G coverage.

Please list what you have tried.

When you downgraded to Nougat, did you boot back to the OS and configure it? Did you run into any issues with downgrading to nougat?
When you are in TWRP, did you change slot?

Simply flash the latest build over ur old build. No need wipe anything... No need to downgrade or flash any other roms.. Yea Dirty flash should work....

Fix for fringerprint problem

Because LineageOS 15.1 by @abhishek987 thread is bloated by questions anwsered before or not dev related - ask and discuss here - to debloat main thread.

How to flash Lineage 15.1: ​

There's a few working methods. First, most popular one:

1. Downgrade to Nougat and unlock your bootloader
(you can be on custom rom like Citrus)
2. fastboot boot recovery-3.1.1-1-deadman.img (in adb)
you can download recovery here: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=673791459329066004
3. Wipe system/data/cache/dalvik cache
4. Reboot into bootloader (from TWRP)
5. fastboot boot recovery-3.1.1-1-deadman (adb again)
6. Flash ROM only
7. Reboot into bootloader (from TWRP)
8. fastboot boot recovery-3.1.1-1-deadman.img (again adb)
9. flash GAPPS/MicroG and Magisk.
10. Reboot into system.

Third, last one:
Boot to the recovery (same recovery as method above)
Wipe system and cache ( data is optional if your are on Oreo)
Check which partition you are on (A or on partiton B)
Flash the rom on one of the partitions
Flash the twrp installer zip

Reboot back to the recovery
Switch to the second partition
Flash GAPPS/MicroG and Magisk
Reboot

KNOWN BUGS:​

* Live display is not working
* Notification LED
* Some users experience problems with fingerprint (can't delete, FP not working) - but in some cases everything works as it should
* DT2W
* Something is wrong with deepsleep (unconfirmed yet)
* WiFi issues if Bluetooth is triggered (just turn BT off and on again, or turn it off and restart your device)
* Build-in equalizer

If You r On Oreo (any build) Add fingerprint if you already added then goto setting then remove pettern or pin for that it will delete your Finger print...
