i can not follow u, screen have no problem but sleep and wake flickering .
This is probably due to our dsi hardware bug. Try using different panel settings.

krystianp can you answer my questions? Tnxs :)
I don't get that opening stuff, can you elaborate that? About volume button issue you can't skip songs at some point or it doesn't play anymore?

I'm still not sure if I understand... in the first one you want to make power button to power on the phone only on long press? Second is about volume button skipping multiple songs instead of skipping to the next?

I second this on Apollo, even tried in two different Atrixes just in case it was a physical issue.

Sent from my Atrix 4G on epinter's CM10
I remember it started happening by kernel 3.1, epinter's cm10 w/ 2.6 kernel was ok. IIRC the volume down as in "previous track" also jumps. It's like the phone took forever to recognize you already lifted up your finger from the button and fired multiple "button down" events.

modem drop report

Hi,

I'm currently using CM9 with kernel-2014_02_04_09_10 and I have sometimes modem drops. I usually switch airplane or 2G/3G mode on/off to have data back. I've never had call/sms issue.
I dont know if it's related, but I've noted modem drops while moving by car or train, it never occured while I was walking. Does it have something to do with quick GSM relay switching ?
Anyway, here's my yesterday radio log when drop occured at around 17:10.

I keep kernel 02_04 the whole week-end and switch to 02_05 on monday.

Cheers

Ok, and these experimental kernels being released by krystian are going to have bugs like this.

Kernel related issue. Switch back to stable kernel if you wish to not have that issue

FAQ Updated

I tried to update the FAQ. Was getting older. I hope there is now answer for you news questions. :). I haven't forget about this, just been busy with studies and everything.

You'll hear for me soon (hopefuly) I'm developing a game. That's time consuming too. Also this it's like just bug hunted, cause as far I know, it works pretty good.

Thaks you guys! krystianp, lehjr, Epinter and mmontuori. Thanks all the testers and also the Project Manager: jjwatmyself.
You rock. You make it posible. I hope soon can buy a beer or two, cause you deserve it.

This was my way to contribute and I see you liked it. I will update as soon as necesary. Please, don't ask for Beta. It's preatty stable for an Alpha and they are doing their best to make it into a beta build.

Hi Guys,

I first must thank Krystian for the hard work he is putting into this project.

I used several Epinter roms before and switch to Miui a few months ago. I though I would give the new kernel a shot.

Currently, everything that I use on a daily basis works. Haven't had any problems with data so far.

My current setup is:
  1. cm-10.1-20131211-UNOFFICIAL-epinter-olympus
  2. kernel-2014_02_22_01_20_cm10_1
  3. N_01.77.38P_usa_att_05jan2013
  4. gapps-jb-20131207-olympus

Short feedback on 03-20 kernel

Hello,

I've installed the 03-20 kernel, wiped cache and dalvik and rebooted the phone.
After this first boot, I've waited for the "application optimization" to complete, and rebooted the phone.

And I got a black screen with red letters : unrecoverable bootloader error 0x00000004

A battery pull solved the problem. Did anyone had this behaviour ?

Since then, I hadn't experienced any bug/lag/freeze/modem drops so far.

Cheers
