[FAQ][ROM] Cyanogenmod 11 for Moto G

I keep trying , start the animation (bootanimation) does not work, do not see anything on the screen, just black with flashes of colors or lights. and try another CM11 and the same problem and change recovery , but without success .

the only thing I need is to change the stock rom , I will try to XT1032 US 4.4.4 Retail Stock .

as extra data , use the OTG with a mouse and the whole system works well, but the touch screen is not responding.

I think it's the kernel ( incompatible ) which is what I think you should operate the display and touch screen

I can not perform many tests, as it is my mobile from day to day .

not if it is a different model or version ( something different ) .

I have exactly same problem. If you find any solution please inform me

I tried to download cm11 but all downloads were down for some days, cm12 couldn't finish the download. Quite messy :/ I had to try a different rom, hopefully ill give cm a go in some time

If by old you mean Moto G 2013, not 2014, then yes.

I resolved the looping systemUI crash problem by reverting to stock and re-flashing. Still having an issue with no microphone in hangouts on anything from Aug 2014 or later though.

Aun me encuentro buscando más versiones, esta es la más reciente que he podido encontrar, descarguen y guarden, ya que al parecer están desapareciendo todo enlace de estas.

CM11 has been discontinued AFAIK

20140504 was the latest "Snapshot" version, and is apparently Android 4-4-2.

Assuming it was the most stable it is the one I am using (I want CM11 not CM12), but it's not the greatest. The 'phone freezes fairly often and resets occasionally.

Is there a better version of CM11, possibly based on Android 4-4-4?

I installed Cyanogen cm-11-20140504-SNAPSHOT-M6-falcon few days ago. Now every time i switch on the phone it crashes saying "Unfortunately, the process com.android.systemui has stopped" What can I do? I have been googleing, but I didn't find a solution.

Try this version here.

I use it daily and have never experienced that systemui error that plagues the earlier releases.

Here is a recent unofficial version of CM11 with the StageFright bug fixes.

How much stable is cm11? What are the bugs?

I use this unofficial build of CM11 as my daily driver. It isn't perfect but it is stable for my use. Battery life is fine for me too.

No need to go spelunking for roms from strange places.Try this more recent unofficial version of CM11 instead.
