Watches don't run beta software.i can buy a watch at walmart for a dollar and the time is spot on, yet my $500 phone cant
Did the clock lag behind while you had the Wifi Policy changed to "When Screen Turns Off"?I think this might be related to the wifi sleep policy that was changed in froyo. In eclair, when the screen was off it would revert to mobile data and probably receive a clock update then. With froyo, even when I change the sleep policy to "when screen turns off", it never seems to switch.
Edit: scratch that, it works, wasn't waiting long enough.
Duh good point you enjoy always being right dont youWatches don't run beta software.

Same here. Have yet to see it drift with 2.8 but it has only been a couple days.I installed SC2.8 with the EB16 Kernel and the clock hasn't drifted since. Looks like it might have been the DL30/EB01 Kernel that was causing the issue.
SC 2.8nv flased over data wipe/reset/Cache Wipe/Dalvik wipe.My clock lags about 10 minutes after 10 hours of inactivity. If I start to drive away from my house the clock will update to the correct time. I have not found any way of correcting this. I am running DL30 SuperClean.
