Fascinate Usb Issues

K, so I had another post on this, but have since gained "knowledge". Well I need to connect my phone to qpst, and what happens is for some reason qpst can read it. Its sees the com port, but is Says No Phone. Ive Had other general usb issues lately, such as not being able to root my phone, because the One-Click Root Program I use wont detect my phone. Its as if no program can see my phone. The funny thing is that Odin can still flash though. Help pl0x.
