But the file have a same name with this:

So I think that's not the newest one.

I'm pretty sure that the file I've uploaded here is the latest Asia retail fastboot file as of this date, if that's what you're concerned with.

The file matches the description I've previously quoted. I can't be sure if the link provided by eternity in that thread is accurate though.
