Fastboot not visible

Hello. I have Sensation XE (Z715) with Vipers 5.2.0. I want to flash stock rom but I can not do it, because comptuter can not see the device in fastboot mode. How to fix it. Win 8.1 x64. Thanks.

Run the .bat file as admin

then copy/paste the two .sys files to windows/system32 , confirm replace when asked , then restart

It's risky , you might ve to re setup windows if something went wrong , but it's the only way I know of to make fastboot work on windows 8.1 with usb2 ports
