Fastest ROM for Xperia ZL

Hello
I want to change my ROM, which is Carbon ( 4.4.4 )
What would you recommend ? I don't play games / no music, only internet browsing ( a lot )
What about 5.1 ? Should i stick with 4.4.4 or upgrade to 5.1 Lollipop ?
Any advices are welcome, thank you
