Faulty screen pebble blue s3

After reading this thread and inspecting my phone I noticed the gap and it bugged the hell out of me so I took it back to Best Buy to get it exchanged. If they give you trouble for trying to exchange it because they don't see the gap, ask them for a piece of paper and slide the paper in between the gap on the bad side and then have them try it out on the other side (paper won't fit if the bezel is securely in place). This basically had them acknowledging the issue and replaced mine for free.

So basically I'm going to be returning my phone for the second time.... Where was quality control on these phones...?

Mine was on the left side, bottom left, top right.

Fuarkkkkk, after reading this thread. I think I might have a tiny little gap on the bottom by the home button. I have a white S3....

it appears mine has intermittent gaps (though they are very hard to see, only the paper test shows them). pebble blue.

not going to bother going for a replacement.

Actually there should be a gap. Technically a reveal which looks to be about 1-2mm at most. It should be even all the way . Check your phone maybe glass is askew?
I could think of a 100 reasons why but there is only one solution:
Return the phone. Never settle for less.
Color of phone is irrelevant its all about the batch or lot number.
Stop posting. Return phone. Then enjoy phone....

Wouldn't this reveal eventually fill up with dirt/dust, and look very crappy?

One of the joys of having an amoled screen is dust can't get under the screen. So, I'm not really seeing why this would be an issue.

Regardless of dirty getting under the screen, it would be a huge eye sore to have dust along the edge of the screen.

Mine doesn't have gaps but my sg2 had gaps for sure. Quality control problems.

Mine has gaps all over the place and is visibly filling with dust. But coming from the Rezound I'm sort of used to it. Might bring it in if I have spare time.

Already have dust around the ear piece speaker..

This can't be acceptable. It's not like I could even clean it out every so often.
