Question Favorit apps dock after one UI 4 update..... big issues

When I pin the favorite app dock to homescreen, it's not fixed over other apps like instagram and some others.
One more thing I noticed, the dock disappears in multitask .
I didn't face those issues with android 11 one UI 3
Am I missing any settings
Is anyone else facing this problem ?

Try clearing the system cache.
Associated apk caches... updates have consequences. I try to avoid them.
