Hey its me shadow_android with another weird thread!
In this one you'll be able to post your favorite apps and why you like it so much (if you want to)
You guys can also post up screenshots showing your theme and links to the themes and apps (if you guys want to or if requested)

I'll start

Advanced task killer pro (auto kills when screen off)
Absolute system root tools (it has cool features like font changer and bootanimation installer)
Chuzzle (a really fun addicting game)
Cut the rope (although i dont play that much)
Dark Facebook (the regular facebook app but black theme to save battery)
Imobsters (i like to virtually be rich and kill people)
Mega Jump (its really fun and challenging)
Metamorph (really helpful when adding themes)
Panorama beta (i like to show off)
Plants vs zombies (its cool and addicting game)
Root Explorer (really cool file browser and it has a lot of features)
Samba filesharing (fast way to share file between pc and phone)
Titanium backup (you all know why)
Torch (life saver when you are in a dark room)
Wifi kill (really fun to prank on my friends)
xda (of course)

Titanium Backup - simply amazing
Root Explorer - awesome filemanager
WidgetLocker - fantastic lockscreen replacement
mClock - really good clock-widget with the ability to load .xml-files
xda Premium - any less wouldn't do
Dolphin Browser HD - perfect replacement browser with many addons available
FriendCaster Pro - IMO a good facebook replacement app for those FB-haters
MyBackup Pro - essential when you flash a lot
APN Backup And Restore - CM7 does not automatically enter my APN like a Sense ROM
Handcent SMS - when it's not running around corners with me and my LED, it's a very good SMS replacement

IRIS - I this more for fun conversations than verbal searches lol
SiMi Folder - Folder creation for app grouping to reduce my screen icons (more options than stock)
Smooth Calendar - Calendar widget
Taptu - News feeds
WidgetLocker - Custom Lockscreens. Haven't used in a while, but a good application.
Message Center Plus - Widget for missed SMS, calls, emails
Pure Messenger Widget - Widget for messages, SMS, etc. Good app, but haven't found a way to work it into my screens yet.
Aluminum Icon Pack - Don't think this is on the market anymore, at least I couldn't find it last time and had to pull from a backup. I used with SiMi Folder.

Titanium backup - Allows me to get so much more free RAM since im using sense 3.0
ChompSMS - best sms app, imo
Tansithub Calgary - for bus times
do it(tomorrow) - such a helpful app
smartcpu - why else? LOL
Opera Mobile - i just like it
And for my ALL TIME Favorite app, DDRS - why? I'm asian, Asian + DDR = True love

App Remover - to uninstall Apps easily
Go SMS Pro - fast, highly customizable
Loquendo TTS Susan - not sure why, sounds a little better than stock
QuickPic - way faster than stock Gallery
RealCalc - it looks and functions like a real calculator
SwipePad - easy access to 12 Apps no matter what I'm doing on my phone
XDA - of course
