If your unit is rooted and you got Titanium Backup installed, you could freeze the OEM launcher, so that Fcc is the one and only launcher available for Android. Might help... but I think @SpeedFire- needs to look at it.
I am not very familiar with this matter. The android screen I use is Android 10 and just bought it, so I'm not familiar with . that's I try to press the launcher every time I start the car and i will wait for the next versionIf your unit is rooted and you got Titanium Backup installed, you could freeze the OEM launcher, so that Fcc is the one and only launcher available for Android. Help would be to provide exact data from your unit, like MCU and Firmware version, CPU...
All available via the settings menu.
If your unit is rooted, please also provide log files via Logcat.
As long as this is not reproducible on SpeeFire-´s side and he does not have any idea why this happens with the current version, but not with the 3.442... difficult I would say.

Settings menu and there "About tablet" should show the needed information about your unit.
That is for sure highly important. Take a picture (or pictures) and show us the content of this menu page.
Okay, no problem.
No @rigattoni , I have a 7862 FYT and a 7862 TS10
In my place, they only sell products and install, but do not know how to update the firmware. and like your picture I choose “ android phone and tablet”Okay, no problem.
Contains all needed information so far.
First of all, I would recommend to ask Winca or the seller for updates for your unit.
The UIS7862 is normally updated every now and then.
Even the firmware could have some update available.
Regarding your UIS7862:
I need to ask which device you selected during setup.

(You see my setting, this will not work on your unit)
There are some guys in this thread, who own a similar unit regarding the CPU type UIS9853.
May be they can give some tips. @mariodantas I remember that you own such a unit... Do I remember correctly?
I told you to ask Winca or the seller.
Okay, I may missed that.
Thank you for the guide. In my country, 1 head unit is the same but is imported by each company and then pasted with their brand. so you've never seen that.Okay, I may missed that.
Edit: @sieutathan98 , in your case it´s quite difficult to say which setting would work for you. You could try the others (but not CSN2 and Rockchip as they have a complete different architecture.)
Never seen a head unit as yours before, I really would suggest to first get the system updated as I wrote before.
Still no reason to not get in contact with WINCA. WINCA is marked on the front of the screen, so they know what they have to send to you. Why are you so shy? Tell them that your unit is not running correctly and you expect to get an update for your unit. You have all information they need.
