"Translation to your language
Guys, many of you suggested your help with translation of the app to your native languages.
I have setup a translation project on OneSky site.
Here is the link: HELP TRANSLATE FCC CAR LAUNCHER "
From what I could determine, Google Assistant updated and removed the ability to do it the way FCC used to support it, so you need a third-party app.I am looking for a launcher that allows me to use voice controls and route the call thru my bluetooth connected phone. Reading the description, Fcc seems like the one. I downloaded the free version it to my headunit, but cannot get the phone to work. Is this possible? If so, how?
Yeah, I’m having similar issues. I can create widgets but they don’t work, specifically the ones that need GPS access and I granted that access. The music player widget does work, but that’s about it.I tried installing FCC launcher on my new headunit today but I don't get the "create widget and allow access" prompt. I granted all permissions to the app, cleared the app data, etc. Still no luck. I don't have ROOT, so can't write a LogCat log.
Anyone had similar issues? I searched the thread but couldn't see anything useful, unless I missed something.
I really like the launcher and it would be great if I got this to work!
I'm currently fighting with getting Android Auto working reliably (issue with my custom ROM). I kinda have it working via Wifi using Headunit Reloaded. So if I need to do any voice-related things, I just launch HUR and use that.
You should choose Rockchip in your case and if you change it, just reboot the unit.Hi,
you've created the best launcher available for Android head units, thank you.
But I have some problems with my new Xtrons IQ series unit. I do not know which device type to choose.
No matter which device type I choose, automatic volume and brightness control does not work.
Fcc displays the following device info:
Do you have any idea what is wrong?
Which kind? PX6?You should choose Rockchip in your case and if you change it, just reboot the unit.
Nevertheless, some units are very special and not all features are working for each single unit.
I also have one where both things are not working and there is no way to get it running.
