Hi andrey, it would great if you can make changes in the web setting and send me apk to try. Maybe setting to set the zoom percentage? Because everything looks zoom in.
I got a video from an Italian telegram friend and on his new S21 with Android 12 was able to install correctly kingInstaller and then fermata auto from it without any problem, so there is no compatibility problems with Android 12

Up to version 1.8.6 I had no problems with the touch in the web browser when watching a video in full screen( for example in Prime Video when I want to go forward or backward). From 1.8.7. everything works except the touch in full screen video, only in the web browser.

About two months ago I had the app (v1.8.0) working perfectly on my phone (Redmi Note 9: Android 10.0). I could use YouTube in my car, play movies using VLC.
Had not used the Fermata app for a while, and yesterday I noticed the icon was missing from Android Auto (6.9.613724). I checked the AA settings and there was no sign of Fermata. However the Fermata app was still installed on my phone.
I have now installed v1.8.7 of the app (using ADB commands) and Fermata-Auto-Control... but it the icon still doesn't appear in AA.
Have I missed an important step? It's annoying because it was working perfectly before.

I have tried the new apk, but the problem still persist. I attached the screenshot. Maybe its not webview problem? Maybe its a resolution issue? Im not sure

When i push the car's multimedia screen for any reason (to change, select different folder etc) while watching movie with full screen (fill screen mode on), nagation bars and other options comes to screen.
After i finished my Job, I cannot turn bach the full screen again.
The navigation bar and the others remain at the screen.
How can i turn back the full (fill) screen while the navigation bar at the screen?

I don't think something was changed in the web addon in version 1.8.7, but I think I know how to fix this issue. I'll check.

Can you please make a simplified version of the app that is easier to control with BMW’s iDrive knob? My car doesn’t have a touchscreen and it’s very difficult to control with the rotary knob. Something like samsung music app but for videos.
install with king instaler and install new version. Working just fine, also f control working, thanks to Andrej

Starting from A9, A10 and/or A11 there were some changes (it has been long ago, I don't remember details and btw I always update), I know that I had to update my MiXPlorer to read /data/data.
Maybe your browser or its version does not cope with -
1I wanted to change the applications order and add some speed dial entries so I reversed the ownership and permissions of the shared_prefs dir, maintaining the changes to phenotype/shared.
So far everything still working fine! Maybe only the phenotype changes are required.1

It's been a couple days and seems that changing permissions/ownership for /phenotype/shared directory is sufficient, everything still working fine (in my case it is basically Fermata and the coolwalk interface).
Hope it keeps working on future releases, but for now I'll stick with this one

Package renaming works, but I don't think it's a good solution. Google has many ways to block any app.3
