Yeah.... ImgMount stopped working thats all it shows

You need to install:

for me it works on w7 ... But how to unmount the image ? Do you think it´s possible to repack the image ? (reverting back to ffu)

Open Disk Management inside of Computer management. You will see a new disk that shows below your hard disks. To unmount it right click around the disk name and in the menu that opens select Detach VHD. A new dialog will open that will give you the location of the virtual hard disk that ImgMount has created. Copy this location to notepad. Now press OK in the dialog to unmount the virtual hard disk.
Navigate to the location of the virtual disk that we saved in notepad. After being unmounted it can be safely moved.

I'm trying to open the official .ffu and change some registry values (I made a mistake and now my phone can't be flashed because the registry values on the .ffu don't match the ones on the phone so I need to change the .ffu values to be able to match it to the phone and flash it, phone doesn't boot).
I can use this tool to open the .ffu and find the registry I want to change but I don't know how to edit those registry values. I can't load the hive onto my PC and I don't know how to use 3rd party solutions (OfflineRegistryView).
Also, after that, I would need to recompile the changed .ffu into a new file to flash it onto the phone. According to the Microsoft DISM tool it can be made with it (/commit) but I can't even begin to use it on my PC. Is it because this .ffu is a Windows Phone one?
Who can help me with this? Thanks.
