Instructions
First make backup of your original apks.

* Download attached apks.
* Put them to your SdCard.
* Move apks to system/app/ folder using root explorer.
* Change premission of all apks to rw-r--r--. [See Screenshot]
* Reboot your phone.

thanks for the contact book, the dialer appears much faster than the stock ICS one!
however, while on Infinite view, the photo of the person is terribly, terribly pixelated. as far as I remember, it wasn't so visible on stock Infinite view, but I may be wrong.
