Ok got mine installed. At first I was furious. It would NOT stick down on the right side. No matter what I did. I put my Ringke case on it and realized it was slightly crooked. I used the jig/guide but it allowed it to be off just slightly. And I mean SLIGHTLY, like half a millimeter.
It took me two more tries, and I finally used my Ringke Air case as a guide rather than the included plastic guide, but I got it on, perfectly aligned, and no bubbles.
So far I'm really happy. Worried about it chipping and cracking, as all TGSPs are prone to do, but we will see how it goes.
Also a tip, switch to the white nib on your S-Pen if you haven't already. The black one drags a bit, but the white nib is harder and glides along so smoothly. ALMOST too smoothly. The soft black tip may feel more natural to some extent, as real pens drag a bit on paper. Just a suggestion.

Your picture is almost the same as the one I got few days ago, the crack extended all the way to the bottom at the end. I got my replacement today, I applied it extremely careful and didn't crack it, BUT the right edge won't stick to the screen at all !!! I don't think there is any glue at the right side edge, returning this before it cracks too.
This screen protector could be a perfect one if they put more money on QA, but at this point, better save your money and time and wait for the next version.
It sounds like you had the same issue I had. It's off just slightly. I mean probably about half a mm. If you carefully remove and readjust it, it WILL all stick down properly. I had the same issue with the right side and was also ready to return it.
If you have a Ringke Air case, this TGSP meets up to it exactly on the sides. You can use it as a guide for installation. Thats what I finally had to do to get it 100% perfect.
