Hi there,
I got an Nook HD+ and I want to install a CM, because the stock is too slow.
I decided for the CM11 Nightly, because I anyway only use it to watch movies and read comics.
I followed this instruction here from digixmax:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=49192422&postcount=1
I followed all the steps, did a couple of mistakes, had to go back and so forth.
But I finally got a matching CMW and CM from a backup from digixmax:
I used that CMW:
emmc-cwm-early3.1.img.gz
And that CM:
cm-11-20160815-NIGHTLY-ovation.zip
It always get stuck at the point when installing the CM.
It starts to install the cm11, runs a while and then aborts with the same message as above:
E: Can't open /external........zip
(bad)
Installation aborted
I also tried the CM:
cm-11-20160612-NIGHTLY-ovation.zip
cm-11-20151122-NIGHTLY-ovation.zip
Same result, although one of them takes longer till the error appears.
Does anyone know what is going on here?
Thanks a lot.
I really want to get my HD+ running, as I don't want to throw it away.
Matt
