Did you downloaded official app from oppo website?

Uninstall and try this again please

I am in UK and I have tried latest version of OPPO Update tool and this does NOT find any update. It says that my current version ColorOS 12.1 is the latest. So for UK or maybe UK EE there is no update yet.

I also tried uninstalling this program and reinstalling and trying it without VPN and with VPN enabled on the phone.

Got the ColorOS 13 update in the UK by connecting to a German VPN over mobile data. Worked first time.

Really liking the update so far however when trying to pay using NFC (Google Wallet) - it doesn't appear to be working at payment terminals. Anybody else had this issue? Obviously quite a serious bug as I use mobile payments for basically everything.

Which UK carrier are you using? I am with EE and I can't get the update using a VPN using mobile data or WIFI. Which VPN did you use? I am using Windscribe free version and VPN.lat. Also is your phone UK region?

I'm with Vodafone. I used VPN.lat > Germany > Frankfurt. Took about 20 seconds to find it. Once it popped up, I disabled the VPN and then connected to my wifi. Downloaded in about 15 minutes.

Those with UKEE region, try sending your phone to the nearst Oppo service center and tell them to downgrade to an early Android 10 version, then use the switch region guide to change to Europe EUEX (dual sim). Don't bother with VPN, updates are controlled by EE.

However, not every service center can downgrade. From my personal experience, the one in my city (in central Vietnam) could not do it. When I came to Australia, I sent my device to the Oppo center in NSW and they did it successfully.

That's the only way to escape from EE bull****.

I tried to downgrade but my city service center hasn't A10, he flashed two wrong A10 files, system was bricked, then flashed A11 to repair.
EE is a sh*t i spoke with them they said we don't know when we push update 😑
I remember last year we got A12 1 month after all users.
