Everyone with EE or with other uk carrier and didn't get Coloros 13 speak with oppo uk support they have live chat, ask them for coloros 13 to push it faster and to know that a lot of users is waiting.

Find X2 Pro never launched in india, I don't know why oppo send update for this region it's useless.

I managed to capture the OTA link for Find X2 Pro Vietnam region, from H53 to H54, using the ColorOS upgrade app for Windows PC. Look for the link in Log path.
It probably won't work with other regions, try it at your own risk.

bring it to an Oppo service center to downgrade to A10 (A.4x version). I heard the Hanoi center can do that
