I'm looking for some information regarding the Xiaomi mi pad 5 global :
Can someone please share the ro.product.model, ro.build.fingerprint and ro.build.version.security_patch please?

I'm using the pro version (so china ROM), rooted, and I need this to enable hd, her and Dolby vision on Netflix

You don't need these just for your purpose. You need Global ROM installed, Magisk to patch and flash boot.img, Magisk Riru module and Magisk Netflix fix module. You could also put Magisk Safetynet fix. After all that - clear the Google Play data.
