The partition is most likely write-protected in bootloader mode. Try this in TWRP or other terminal application:

su
dd if=/sdcard/Download/persist.img of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/persist

Sir my phone is not even charging after msm tool. It connects to PC in adb mode but donot show storage. Fastboot mode also works and PC detects it but no charging. Charging only happens wirelessly

you have to flash a persist,img for your phone over fastboot
(for flashing over fastboot unlock critical flash
fastboot unlock critical i mena )
and than flash a persist.img

I have flashed my NE2210 many times with MSM tool after killing my phone. Never had this problem. I will log into MSM . Flash the NE2210domestic_11_A.07_2022011114400 ofp . Reboot phone with colors OS...skip setup..go to settings ...enable developer options..etc.. reboot to fastboot...Now I open fastboot Enchance. Get rid of any cow files, throught fastboot enchance . flash payload roll back NE2213 or roll back NE2211 or roll back NE2215. Complete updates...etc finger print works for me..!

I will say " usually " ... Qualcomm crash dump happens when you.. say loaded file to slot a but you set slot b active. There is nothing on slot b....Easy fix...set slot a active

Already flash playload succesfully but still fingureprint just vibrate if you share your telegram then we can easily discuss about issue.i flash playload.bin of ne2215 on my ne2210.and phone is booted.
