Fingerprint sensor & region selection issue

I am on global stable 8.1.1.0 global stable rooted and with zcx recovery. I am facing 2 issues
1- whenever on any window I tap on the fingerprint scanner the phone comes back to the home screen( is there any way to turn it off)
2- whenever I change the region to India after every reboot the the region changes to China.(how to fix it)
