Fingerprint sensor

i am having trouble getting fingerprint in my note 10 lite to work i just got this error i restart the phone wipe the cache i even factory reset the phone.
When i dail *#0*# then sensor the fingerprint sensor shows VERSION NULL.
Also when do normaltest i got NA . I just want to know if it hardware or software problem

When i dail *#0*# then sensor the fingerprint sensor shows VERSION NULL.

This means that your sensor is not working, it could be that the sensor itself is faulty,
or maybe a connection is missing etc.

hardware

I would say this is for 99% a hardware issue.
