There was a green tint on top middle of the screen (visible under low brightness while using youtube dark mode) , so i went to the service centre and I got the screen replaced . The engineer didn't perform any hard reset on the phone so the fingerprint data was still loaded in the device . When i came back home I noticed that fingerprint scanner is not working . so i unlocked the device using pattern , deleted my old fingeprint data and added new . Still when I try to unlock it prompts error : "unable to recognize" . I did factory reset , added the new data again stuck with the same error . I downloaded the OnePlus care app to check if fingerprint sensor working or not under there hardware test but it passed the test . Any thoughts why this is happening ?
