I don't know,i flashed the latest kamakiri,which should have an updated TZ,but i don't know if that's enough.
The TZ image in the latest Kamakiri is still the old TZ (which works fine up to 6280), in order to keep the SOCs efuse from burning.

Ighor is right that the prerooted 6281r2 will flash the new TZ which works from 6281 to the latest (for now).

Be aware: If you decide to flash 6281r2 (i.e. update the TZ), every stock fireOS rom >=6280 will burn the SOCs efuse just at the first boot of the new OS. You need to delete the efuse script with TWRP right after flashing the OS, infront of the reboot, otherwise the kamakiri unbrick via 'shorting' is gone forever.

I guess you know that already ;)

Anyways, if the efuse is gone, there is still the new kamakiri method for unbricking via preloader (without shorting) left.

@Sus_i thanks for the reminder ,and yes,i already removed the efuse stuff from boot (both original and custom ) and from the stock rom.

I was confused because the latest kamakiri changelog says that it has an updated TZ,but i wasn't sure which version .

However ,instead of flashing the stock 6.2.8.1 rom,i only updated the TZ .
Now Amazon Prime and Netflix works, but only in SD. 😂

Hi, a while ago a friend gave me a fire tv to see if it could be fixed, the problem is that it doesn't update, I restored it from the factory but it's still the same, any help is welcome

I have question, my Fire tv stick 4k max is bricked, it was unplugged during update and now doesn't give any signal on tv, no logo, nothing, I've tried to plug it into pc with usb and its detected as mtk 65xx preloader. I installed sp flash tool but I don't have scatter file to flash stock firmware. Do you know where I can find scatter file or if there is any other way to flash firmware. I only managed to find firmware in .bin format but cant flash it with sp flash tool.

I don't know, I have no experience with that. You better ask in 4K root threads.

Amazon Fire TV
Samsung Galaxy S9+
There is a new Mantis FW available: NS6295
From time to time I switch off my blockings (via Hosts and Router) to see whats happenig - Fore sure using "pm clear com.amazon.device.software.ota" after it and before rebooting (I'm am rooted NS6294, efuse 00 OK).
But this time only an partial update was offerd - Found that in updates.db Database (data/data/com.amazon.device.software.ota)

I did NOT let it be installed!

But for sure the link is not really helpfull, because for your list an FULL bin is needed.
But nevertheless - Maybe helpfull just to know that NS6295 is there...
I guess you Pro's know how to find the full url?! I do not... :)
