Hello!
My wife has a Fire HD that she says won't charge. I don't use it, so I'm going to try and explain the issue as I understand it:
She said it charged fine this morning, but when she plugged it in this evening, the battery charge indicator was grey. I guess it is usually green and moves up to show it is charging. So she decided to reset it. When it booted up, it acted as though it was the first time, trying to walk her through the tutorials. She has it plugged in now, and it's still grey.
Anyone else have this issue?
