Will this work on the normal 8 thinQ?

I'm thinking it should. I'd love to test it but windows 10 doesn't like the driver signature for Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008. I got the G8 to boot into EDL mode by rapidly pressing volume up on boot up when booting with volume down and power.

My phone is super bricked so this actually shows promise for me. If anyone can figure out this stupid driver issue I'd be grateful. I'm ready to test this like ASAP
