fastboot flash zip PL83IMG_#.##_hboot.zip (cant understand this)
maybe you can rename it to simple name without # character.maybe hboot.zip and try flash again

Okay since you know what your doing... If you go to flash any Rom now you have to manually change mount points of insertcoin to what you see in this script or replace it with this one

or you could build using this fstab layout so no editing would be required.

Step 2a) fastboot flash zip PL83IMG_#.##_hboot.zip or Step 2b) fastboot flash zip PL83IMG_#.##_Radio.zip or Step 2c) fastboot flash zip PL83IMG_#.##_Recovery.zip [/QUOTE said:
If you're Supercid, you'll be ok as far as cidnum goes. However, I believe the firmware.zip file should be renamed accordingly with the M4 model id (PO5822000) using the first 4 characters. At least, it used to be the case with older HTC models.

1. PO58IMG -> Model ID (first 4 characters + IMG)
2. #.## -> software version it came from, 3.10
3. hboot.zip or Radio.zip -> (bootloader or baseband) --> Recovery.img is NOT included in the attachment :good:

Please let me know if the model ID number doesn't apply in this scenario. I would like to know.

I pulled this from the OTA from AT&T so I left it at the name it was but removed boot and recovery from it... And I didn't make seprate threads because everyone should update there firmware...as lower firmware can lead to bugs with newer roms.

I understand, don't get me wrong, this is great. I was just referring to your notes, specifically "PL83IMG". It confused me because I'm pretty sure "PL83" is for Droid DNA (I used to have one).

But the way, it's really awesome to see another dev for ATT :D
