Longs you have s-off and superCID you should be fine.

It says AT&T 3.10 at the top. I'm a Canadian user, so would this lock it to AT&T, or would it still be unlocked when I use this new partition layout?
You can flash this longs your s-off and superCID... It will not lock you too AT&T.. it's just KK firmware

Okay. So I did the rebootRUU, and I decided to do flashboot flash zip firmware.zip. It fails on the Custom ID

Well, I'm having another problem. When I flash the TWRP 2.7.1.1 recovery, it gives me an active cmdline overflow so I can't install that twrp. I can install old twrp though. How would I fix this?

So apparently my MISC (mmcblk0p19) is corrupted, and I'll need a generic one. Where would I be able to find this?
Flash latest firmware aka this threads firmware, then flash stock recovery and factory reset under fastboot. Should fix your partition corruption

No... All you need is stock recovery , flash it via fastboot, then choose the factory reset option in fastboot.

Okay. So I did all you said. I pressed Factory Reset in the bootloader menu. an HTC One showed up with a green symbol, then it rebooted back into bootloader after a few seconds. I flashed the custom recovery twrp 2.7.1.1 again, and I still get the active cmdline overflow. I'm guessing the misc is still corrupted?
You may need to ruu. Cause Idk what you to mess it up.
