Yes, I flashed your firmware which made my HBOOT go from 2.21 to 2.22, and then everything just went bam from there.

Okay. So basically what I did was I downgraded to HBOOT 2.19, and decided to use TWRP and sideload insertcoin 2.6.0, since it worked. Now, after this, basically it would get past HTC logo but as soon as HTC One came up, the ONE part showed up half way and got stuck there. So, I decided to go back to HBOOT 2.22 to see if the HBOOT versions would change anything - it did. Now, I can use TWRP 2.7.1.0, but when I go to SDCard, I cant see my internal storage. I just see TWRP. And when I try to use TWRP 2.7.1.1, it still gives me the ACTIVE CMDLINE OVERFLOW! (1025 bytes) thing. I also tried adb sideloading on 2.7.1.0, but it gives me a protocol failed no status error. Any idea what to do now?

I honestly am clueless on what is happening with your phone... You flashed this firmware package in OP right?

Yes, I did. I'll tell you what I did: I was on HBOOT 2.21 Insertcoin 2.6.0 when I noticed 2.7.0 came out. I then went to your firmware place like you told me to, and downloaded it. I then fastboot oem rebootRUU'd, and fastboot flash zip firmware.zip'd. After this, my HBOOT went to 2.22, but when I flashed TWRP 2.7.1.1 afterwards, it would give me a active CMDLINE overflow error. I don't know why.

How would I do that? :s.
1. Download any terminal emulator from market , and download twrp 2.7.1.1 and place on root of sdcard
2. Enter the first command "su" and grant it root
3 enter the 2nd command "dd if=/data/media/0/recovery.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p33
4. Reboot and latest recovery should be flashed

Thing is, my TWRP overall acts really weird on the HBOOT 2.22. When I'm on 2.22, it shows that I only have 2073 MB left and it doesn't even show me my SDCARD stuff. But as soon as I go back to HBOOT 2.19, it shows me 11000 MB, and shows me all the things. I don't know if it's the firmware or if I'm doing it wrong..

Weird I came from 2.22 but I did at one time run 2.21 which is the old partition layout but I download AT&T OTA package, extracted the firmware.zip, flashed it on my phone and just recently flashed twrp because it was having the same issue before that you are having with the new Hboot.. but 2.7.1.1 works flawlessly for me, try philz latest advanced recovery.

I will, after I try your method. But instead of t rying your method, cant I just use TWRP Manager and see if that would work?

Philz Touch sorta worked. So now when I start up the phone and it updates all the apps, I keep getting setup wizard has stopped. Any idea how to fix this?

Philz Touch worked! Although it said that TWRP was mandatory, It still worked. It didn't flash the kernel though for some reason. Any idea as to why that is? Would it be because it's already flashed?
Wrong flashing method, nothing to worry about longs you already have a 4.4.2 kernel installed

Alright, but when I get onto my phone it says setup wizard has stopped and I can't raelly do anything on the phone at all. Any idea as to why this is? Should I try a clean wipe of insertcoin?
