Sorry to be a pain but am I being a bit special?

*** Boot into Bootloader/Fastboot USB Mode ***
Step 1) fastboot oem rebootRUU
*** Wait for the device to reboot to a black screen with an HTC logo ***[i/]
Ok, I'm on the HTC logo.

Step 2a) fastboot flash zip PL83IMG_#.##_hboot.zip
fastboot flash firmware.zip PL83IMG_#.##_hboot.zip
error: cannot load 'PL83IMG_#.##_hboot.zip'

or
Step 2b) fastboot flash zip PL83IMG_#.##_Radio.zip
or
Step 2c) fastboot flash zip PL83IMG_#.##_Recovery.zip

My phone is m4_ul pvt ship s-on rl
hboot-2.19 0000
radio-1.20.40d.00.22
openDSP-v13.2.0268.0620

Am i doing something so blatantly wrong?

here is a full firmware zip. it can be flashed with s-on or s-off in fastboot

adb reboot-bootloader
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
fastboot oem eraseconfig
fastboot reboot

Can only be flashed s-on if its a AT&T variant... Otherwise if it's not you must have superCID which requires s-off

Do you have a AT&T branded one mini or a unbranded one ? Are you s-off with superCID?

Without trying to be the most annoying person on the planet I appear to be in a chicken and egg situation.

I'm trying to S-OFF my phone using firewater however I get

ERROR: kernel contains HTC anti-firewater patch!
Try again with a different kernel

I've tried using your 2.22 kernel here

but i still get the same error message after flashing.

Ideas?

Have what? My firmware doesn't remove red text, when you install this you will get red text no matter what. To remove you must flash 2.22 hboot found in General after flashing this..

@xXminiWHOOPERxX does flashing the radio in this firmware package affect the HSDPA and LTE bands for Europe, I need HSDPA 900/1900/2100 and LTE 800/1800/2600, sorry to bother you but I'm a new One Mini user here

s-on no supercid.but at previous comment you said not to s-off for at&t version.

Well because I've seen people update there firmware with s-on unless they had a hboot that showed s-on when they were s-off... So just s-off, obtain superCID and flash my firmware
