PLEASE HELP!

I just bought refurbished Mate 20x with android 9.
Tried to install 10 via Usb. Doesnt boot anymore. Picture attached. Tried to install 9 again, doesnt work.
HELP NEEDED

I have encountered the issue before.
All I did was to re-install my last or latest firmware thru otg flash memory.
Works just fine

Yes i think so but i received 10.0.0.190 this morning via Ota Update.

I can't downgrade using Hisuite. There is no option to go back to previous version, like before.
I am using Hisuite 10.0.5 and I am on Emui 10.0.190. It says my device is up to date.
Is there any other way to downgrade? With NM Card or USB OTG?

I solved this, by downloading the zip provided in the 1st post, to downgrade to EVR-L29B 10.0.0.180.
I put the dload folder in the root of an usb stick with type C interface and performed the downgrade.
After that, Hisuite would allow the M20X to downgrade to 9.1 again.
Seems if EVR-L29B 10.0.0.190 prevents you from downgrading.

Hey guys.... 2 questions...

1) I currently have 9.0 on my mate 20X. I downloaded the 9.1 update. I unzipped it to my desktop and the folder is Evr-L29 9.1.0.310(C636E3R2P1). Do I copy this folder to my usb flash drive or the folder that says 'dload' found in one of the subfolders?

2) Do I need to reformat my usb flash drive? Do I need to reformat it to fat?

I had same issue and till today I cant fix it,
Our phone was from AliExpress and its Chinese version but with adding global rom from the seller,
Before the issue the ROM was c636,this issue start after updating through HiSuit

As I said, reinstalling your very recent firmware should fix this mess.
If you knew what firmware version, get a copy and flash it to your device.

Let's me summarize it
When i press volume up + down and power till the logo show me the error operating system has loaded with different operating system,

When press volume up+power till logo it shows (restart , clear data, update mode,safe mode)

I chose update mode then memory card /OTG its give me error.

All pictures in attach for references also from my bootloader details

Anyway, from your memory card or otg, what exactly is the error message?

Yor Cust is HW/EU but the Bootloaderversion is C636 this is the Issue.
C636 is Asia/Parcific and not EU.
HW/EU is C432
Firmware, Bootloader and cust must be the same,in your case C636
You need the Firmware EVR-L29 9.1.0.353(C636)

That's strange I have EVR-L29 bought in Germany and it's C636 is it a problem?

yes but it is no Problem with C636,have all Googleapps same as C432 and it's just for another region

Looks like EVR-L29 .195 is approved for installation so it should come by OTA any day now?
