NYC
EVR-L29 International Version
Build number: 9.0.0.207(C636E3R2P1)

I have downloaded the C636 10.0.0.180 Package and copied entire 'dload' folder, with the 3 zipped files in it, to NM Card Root Directory but cannot get update to work. The phone see's the package and restarts, then I get an Error Screen and the phone has to be rebooted via on screen button. Is there any way to check that file and verify it's contents?
You cannot upgrade from Emui 9 to Emui 10.
Upgrad from Emui 9.0 to 9.1 and then to Emui 10
But I cannot guarantee that it will work.
It can also go wrong and the Phone does not start.
So be careful!
Have the same build. Can we just install the newest 9.1 (L29 C636 9.1.0.347) to upgrade or do we have to install each version of 9.1?

On the huwei site there are 10.1 dloads for other phones. But I havent seen one for the 20X although there are dloads for pre-10.1 fw for it.

My 2 cents:
I had EVR-L29 C636 on the latest 9.0, updated it to L29 C636 9.1.0.310 from this thread successfully (external usb stick), but it reset my phone :)
After that the phone downloaded the latest 9.1 by itself. After upgrading to it, it downloaded 10.0 And now I'm on 10.0.0.196(C636E5R2P3).
Just FYI.

Pretty much same scenario here.
