Have you tried s factory reset? You should be able to connect to Bluetooth , if not that's probably covered under warranty

I replaced my home screen with vivid launcher so the pic wouldnt help you.

The firmware is for non VHD units. I tried the Junsun one on mine and it didnt work either the radio turned on but the screen was upside down.

I sent this to Junsun V1 8667Q - 8G / 128G VHD QLED. the software was aside, not upside down, so nothing was showing up

You have a head unit on the platform G6-TS, under what brand you bought it, it doesn’t matter. And you now have the latest firmware, if it works stably, it makes no sense to look for a new one.
