Great! by the way i didn't use OTA RootKeeper, also try to mount /system as RW that's the only one with problems, in my case the tablet reboots. I found a way to bypass this a little lol, but before to post the solution i want to see if you have the issue.+1
Downgraded to .344, flashing with Flashtool 0.9.11.0, rooted with this, kept root with OTA RootKeeper (just in case, don't know if needed) and upgraded via OTA from tablet to .370.
