You can as I sucessfully used an xtrons one from another thread(it is linked somewhere in this thread), however you must be very careful as the rom chip can only be rewritten so many times or you end up bricked like mine did

ok cheers shall i tell the seller as this is the update he sent me as i asked for a backup of the firmware just incase something happened to original .And updated to this this morning thinking it was an update but same as i already had on it.
I never upload software before I check it to see if everything is ok. a friend has the same company radio, I will send you his software, if he gives it to me, I will check if it is good, I will write you how to recover it
I think it was 10, good luck dealing with Brogotek, they are not very good at helping, they blocked me when i asked them to honor the 12 months warranty

as i installed this file should i factory reset and how do you check firmware please before installing to make sure everything is ok

Having had a brogotek unit I would definitely return, for what they charge for these units(I paid 230GBp for one that fits into a 2006 mercedes) and I had a lot of trouble with it. They(brogotek) claim they give a 12 month warranty but if anything goes wrong after 60 days they will not reply and after 60 days ebay will do nothing to help. I sent message after message to brogotek and they did not reply and blocked me. I replaced it with a universal 10.1 inch screen from eonon which is a topwat ts18 unit which is far better and cost less. I even was able to use the canbus box from the old brogotek unit. Even buying a facsia kit it didn't cost as much as the brogotek.

oh mine is a for vw and cost £130 but i had nectar point so only cost £41 cash it seems ok as onlyreally needed for sat nav and blooth as car dont have it 2010 model I wont change much in the unit but the interface is very basic

1Agree, i installed android auto but in reality i never used it. Its a bit redundant with a full android set.
I hoped for a more recent android. But even that is not necessary. I am happy with the v28 version.
the only wish is about autostarting apps ( like the TPMS system) i do that manual every start.
The most important choices are on my home screen and playing with other interfaces did not made things better.1ah, okay. Wil try the automate app later... seem to remember i tried appswitcher to no avail but not sure.1

Well, I posted it because noone else did and I had it on me. There is no other reason.22After testing Ossuret 9 I can conclude:
+ The radio is muted correctly with voice commands from the navigation, with Junsun UI2 does not mute the radio enough.
+ All applications work including the small navigation window, but it is too small for Waze for example.
-It works an idea more unstable than Junsun UI2, google assistant crashes(app stop working) on first use and once system crashed and didn't reacted any clicks.
