How do I know whether my device needs to and is unlocked, whether unlocking wipes the device and whether CF-autoroot causes a wipe? Device is a SM-T810 Android 7 unencrypted.

@Chainfire

On https://autoroot.chainfire.eu/ I do not understand whether theese risks realte to all devices or "just" the ones listed below. What I understand from your documentation is that encrypted devices are wiped and not-unlocked device *may* cause issues.
is an autoRoot going to be made for Samsung Galaxy SM-T295 TAB A 8.0 or the Samsung SM-T220N TAB A7 8.7? I can't seem to find a root

Is an AutoRoot going to be made for the Samsung galaxy Tab A 8.0 SM-T295 or for the Samsung galaxy Tab 8.7 SM-T220N? Or is there anyway or anywhere to find a root, TWRP, or custom rom?

Hi everyone,

I had to root my phone so I could increase the size of a WhatsApp group - all done - but now I need to unroot so that i can use banking apps.

Samsung S6 SM-G920F - currently running Pixel experience (very nicely I might add).

How do I unroot the phone again from CF-Auto-Root-zeroflte-zerofltexx-smg920f.tar.md5?

Sadly, firmware.mobi seems broken for all "Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1" devices and firmware versions.

I uploaded two different stock firmware versions for the GT-P5100 model (similar to the GT-P5110 model, but with an additional 3G radio). For one, I uploaded the boot, recovery and cache separately together, for the other, the boot, recovery and cache in a Zip file. The uploads were successful, and the respective boot and recovery files are now available for download from firmware.mobi.

However, attempts to generate/download the CFAR packages for either of these GT-P5100 firmware versions gives the following error message :
Current status: ERROR
Estimated wait: NOT APPLICABLE

So, turning to the pre-existing related GT-P5110 model firmware versions, I attempted to generate/download the CFAR packages for about half of these, with the same resultant error message.

I even chose the IML74K.P5110XWALD2 firmware which has an available CF-Root package at the legacy autoroot.chainfire.eu site, but alas, the same error.

Yet I am able to generate/download CFAR packages for my Samsung GT-N8020, so the problem is specific the above mentioned new GT-P5100 firmware versions and the pre-existing (so presumably, once working) GT-P5110 firmware versions.

Joe.

Does firmware.mobi still operate? I've been waiting for a file for a few hours.
-https://desktop.firmware.mobi/device:843/firmware:4319/download/boot.tar/queue
.
I'm looking for a boot image for an Galaxy S6 Edge Plud SM-G928V or a CF-Auto-Root in order to root it and run Ubuntu on it.
.
This forum has been very helpful as well, many thanks!

It's been two days yet the time isn't changing. Thus the download isn't starting. Am I missing some steps or there are some technical difficulty?

Thanks for your time.
