I am gedit in Linux. If you are unsure about Linux programs just tell me what you use in Windows and I'll find something comparable.
I don't use windows for development, but that is typically a windows problem. If you are on Linux, you could try vim. A lot of issues originate from the formatting. I use textpad but that is a Mac app. If that doesn't resolve it, you could post the contents of the script to verify it isn't something in the actual code.

Thanks for the help so far. I think I just found my issue though, my compressing app. I simply unzipped your file and zipped it back up and I'm getting the error. I'm using Archive Manager, the built in archive utility in Ubuntu. I'm guessing 7zip is a lot better for this kind of thing?

Yes. I typically use zip -r name.zip . from a terminal window inside the directory, but 7zip could also work if you don't use compression. You could probably still use archive manager by making sure the compression isn't set on that.
zip -r name.zip gives me errors. I tried 'zip -r name.zip folderlocation' and that worked but the folder gets zipped in as well. So the top level of the zip isn't meta-inf, boot.img, etc. The top level ends up being the folder I had all of those files stored in. I tried this with 7zip and got the same issue. I'm switching over to Win7 with Notepadd++ to see if I can get any better results. Thanks for your help again.

You would have to be in the folder and do * (. May be a Mac thing) or use folderlocation/* to not get the folder. It zips inclusively

I don't know how to thank you. I spent a good portion of last night messing with 7zip and WinRAR using the Store method -- no compression -- and had the same failed results. Today I use the zip command with * and everything zips perfectly and the ROM installs now! Thanks again.

If you didn't root, this will not work. This is only for after you root.

There's been an update to version .101.
I do not think that Nvidia has put the update on their dev site yet. As soon as they do I am sure someone, probably the OP will fix us up ;). I did read an article that said they have not forgot our Lollipop update. They had a snag, but shouldn't be too much longer. :)

No, not yet. It's actually listed as "optional" on their release log, because it enhances smoothness and stability with emulators, and the update file is pretty small. I probably should have uploaded it here for @twistedumbrella to work with, but she'll likely get to it sooner or later regardless.

Where did you read about the Lollipop update? Last I heard, they were planning to release it in Q1 2015.
