I use eg. Firefox browser on laptop, so when you point (without clicking it) the download button you see the Download address on the bottom left of the browser window (there you see standard link with file name)

Why put someone else's firmware? You also have updates to the HC series on the site. Two options, either the radio will not accept the firmware, or you will make it a brick.

because i think the software is the problem. the sound of the radio is very loud when the car is not moving. When it starts to move, the sound is muted.
