Greetings.
Can you explain how you flash de firmware (software used, step-by-step guide) because i´ve been trying to flash it in a x10 plus r-tv box with no positive results... I use PhoenixUSB pro 4.0, Phoenixsuit 1.10 and both gave me the same issue: gets stucked in 73% and stops saying that failed. In case of PhoenixUSB says "download boot1 failed" and in Phoenixsuit "burn firmware failed, Please ensure the firmware is valid and device work correctly"
Thanks in advance.
Download firmware and extract the img file firmware in to a folder. (Double Check the firmware, better re-download if you get anything suspicious)
You need card tool to burn the image first, Not usb flashing.
Get phoenix card tool at
https://androidmtk.com/download-phoenixcard-tool
Download, extract and and open PhoenixCard.exe
----------------
Insert SD card [Or microSD card with adopter] preferably more tha 4GB in size,
into the PC card reader. (SD card is used for flashing TV Box). Remember, all pre existing files in the SD card will be erased. Remember to
select only
the card you want to flash.
Select firmware
img file in PhoenixCard interface, Click on
Product then, click
Burn.
The burn process takes few minutes depending upon the card speed, port speed or PC speed / configuration.
DO NOT Remove until the process is finished completely. Otherwise you may damage your card, or incomplete firmware may damage your target device)
Click exit button after bun process is completed.
Now safely eject the card from PC.
GO to your TV box.
Remove power cord. Wait for 30 Seconds. (No need to disconnect display).
Insert SD card with firmware ready.
Connect power and wait to complete the process. Progress is visible in Display.
Once finished, CARD OK message is displayed.
Now remove the power cord.
Remove the SD card.
Connect power on and use your TV Box.
After the purpose of the card is over, you may want to format it to normal.
> [Go back to PC] >> insert the SD card >>> Open Phoenix Card tool >>>> Select card >>>>> Format to Normal.
