Hey! How're you, man! I remember you from Mi Max 1 days
Do I need updating the Firmware If I'm MIUI official or custom ROM user?
No, MIUI ROMs contain the firmware-update package which I extract and provide here.
I meant neither official miui nor custom miui like EU users are required to update firmware manually. These packages are for custom AOSP ROMs only.I'm sorry, but I don't understand in which case I should use this firmware package.

You only answer the first part of the question: MIUI users don't need the firmware package. But what is with custom ROM users? And is Xiaomi.eu considered a custom ROM?
So when I use LineageOS, or CrDroid for example, I don't need your firmware package? Only when I use AOSPExtended ROM?I meant neither official miui nor custom miui like EU users are required to update firmware manually. These packages are for custom AOSP ROMs only.
You are wrong, LineageOS and crdroid are custom AOSP ROMs. Basically any rom that is built from AOSP sources. So when I use LineageOS, or CrDroid for example, I don't need your firmware package? Only when I use AOSPExtended ROM?
Try to flash the previous firmware from usb-otg or sd-card. I tried few days ago to update from a10(q) 12.0.3 global to R 12.0.1 eu without any encryption issue, but lost the volte and vowifi. Flashed back the Q 12.0.3 and working again.Updated my f/w to the latest for my Joyeuese device today and now my phone is encrypted when I boot to recovery. I've tried removing my system lock pattern and then booting to recovery but that didn't do anything.
Any advice or suggestions on what to do? I don't want to have to format my data partition.

Reading the OP carefully is already a good solution. If you bought your phone 3 days ago I assume that your bootloader is still locked. So, how could you flash recovery LRTWRP?While this update had me looking for solutions, my phone is restarting on its own, after that it says"Find device unexpected close "then I got some apps stop from working.. Bought the phone 3 days ago... Please help
Hello, Thanks for your effort !!!
So that I can use your provide firmware take out the boot.img and MAGISK root?.......
I understand it needs adb command, match correctly firmware version to my device, send your boot.img to Redmi device and so on so forth....
Just want to see if this is the basic theory I can use in this thread.
Thank you very much.
