Not testes Sharing only My ideas:
First unlock With MI unlock tool
then take boot.img File From Downloaded Firmware and move it to Phone
Install magisk manager Open Click update/Install magisk. Chose patch boot.img Point Download boot.img File
wait For success.
then Reboot to bootloader and Flash with this code

fastboot flash boot boot.img
