Is there any possibility to change European firmware to Global in Nothing Phone 1 without rooting?

Firmwares are different and you need to be root for changing the firmware. And if you want to try, you need to use same OS version.
But actually I don't know if it's good way to do it. I suggest you to be patient a little bit more
